Modernizer Dedicated Server , self can't Join !

Hi

i have a problem , with the Dedicated Server + the Modernizer Mod !

i can't self Join on my Server , when the Update_v1x3.rez is loaded , without it works ??
Non Ded. Works at all .
Ports 27888-27889 TCP/UDP are Open !

i have Complette reinstall Nolf2 CD Version with Update 1.3 and even the Modernizer Mod , no Chance when Update_v1x3.rez is loaded , and cause during the Endless Loading Screen , follow Errors in the Dedicated Server Window :
Error: ServerShell::OnClientEnterWorld returned LTNULL! (More Times)

i have Tested first with my German Version , and with the English Version !
It looks so , the Dedicated Server will not load the Update 1 3 rez , the Game yes hmm ?

The server app is set to load certain rez files without the need of a registry key or external configs.

It will load in this order:

Custom/Resources/*.rez
Game (folder)
Game.rez
Game2.rez
gamefll.rez
Sound.rez
Game1.rez
gamep.rez
gamep2.rez
Custom\Mods\Modernizer\Modernizer.rez

Some of these files doesn't exist it the game. Such as gamep.rez
Try making a copy of your 1x3 update rez and rename it gamep.rez and see if that does anything.

Yeah , this Works

But Jake didn't nowhere mention to Rename or Renamed/Copy the Update_v1x3.rez to xxx.rez , to Join on a Dedicated Server , thats is realy Bad , and have much stolen of my Time last night

Or can't you join any of the servers?

Normal Join on Public Server/s , did work , only Join on my Ded. Server was the problem.

i have this now follow Fixed , only Reanme Update_v1x3.rez > gamep2.rez , and edit the Reg.

you could have kept 2 copies of Update_v1x3.rez too, and just renamed 1 of them. It is a tiny rezfile

But 1x 70MB is better than 2x 70MB

Update_v1x3.rez Name is obsolete now !

It gives there too a Gui Multi Language Patch for the Modernizer2 Mod !

Do you have tested that , or is that Safe to use ?

It will not fully support modernizer since it uses the 1x3 language files which isn't updated with the menu text that comes with modernizer

ah ok , but i see , when itsn't a Faked Pic. ^^ , Cate is still there in the Main Manu , in the Original Modernizer2 Mod , Cate is missing there.

Gives there also a Trick to Fix that , without Gui Fix ?

I think the main reason why he removed cate from the main menu was because of resolution and widescreen. It would look weird when the animation start and ends.

I think that can't fix (The Animation for Proper Widescreen/Ultrawide) !

i don't know one which could fix some Animations , i have it now up for Discord
Looks more wired in Ultrawide , but for Widescreen it looks a bit better !

I was wonder at alltimes , why Russians or another Languages still saw Cate !
I havn't apply the Fix from the Gui Mod , im still don't know , if this Source is Secure !!
